Manager of Digital Strategy
Sasha McNair serves as Manager of Digital Strategy at Cedar Hill, where she leads values-driven content creation, digital brand development, and focused storytelling for athletes, creators and entrepreneurs. With deep experience across marketing, equity strategy, and communications, Sasha helps clients build authentic, data-informed digital identities that resonate across platforms and partnerships.
Sasha previously served as Manager for Global Talent Acquisition at Tiffany & Co., where she developed and implemented a global framework to embed equity across hiring practices. That experience sharpened her approach to aligning individual identity with brand strategy.
Prior to joining Cedar Hill, Sasha led a national campaign for The Safe House Project, crafting messaging strategies that mobilized public action against human trafficking. Her work demonstrated a unique ability to design purpose-led, multi-platform campaigns that both inspire and convert—critical to brand-building in corporate partnerships and the NIL space.
Earlier in her career, Sasha worked in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice, leading cross-functional projects centered on cultural transformation, operations, and stakeholder engagement. She began her professional journey in Washington, D.C., as a Congressional Affairs Specialist, where she designed bipartisan communication strategies to secure funding for national nutrition programs. Sasha holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her MBA from Emory University.
