Anton Shoetan

Anton Shoetan serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Cedar Hill, where he oversees accounting, tax and financial strategy for Cedar Hill clients. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with deep expertise in financial strategy, Anton plays a key role in helping Cedar Hill clients—protect and grow their wealth through smart structuring, disciplined cash flow management, and tax-efficient planning.

Prior to joining Cedar Hill, Anton built a strong foundation in public accounting with leadership roles at two Big Four accounting firms, KPMG and PwC, where he specialized in deal advisory and financial statement audits for complex transactions. Anton is also the Founder & Managing Advisor of Taxceed, an accounting firm that delivers tax, accounting, and financial consulting services to business owners across multiple industries. His approach blends technical precision with real-world business insight, empowering clients to make informed, strategic decisions.

He is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). Anton holds an MBA from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Chowan University, where he was a standout varsity basketball player.
